With 2010 drawing neareth, we are pleased to announce that we are currently building our very own football field which meets International dimensions.

We currently have a smaller soccer field which we use for groups just wanting to have fun, however when our real macoy is ready, we will be having loads of inter company challenges.

Colonial Cricket The Colonial Cricket Club was founded in May 1998. The club was formed to promote cricket amongst companies, to create a unique and fun filled team building exercise.The Colonial Cricket Club is situated in the beautiful Hekpoort Valley. The game is played to International Cricket rules with amendments to accommodate all sexes and inexperienced and beginner players. The format that we play is limited overs cricket in true colonial style with cucumber sandwiches and gin and tonics flowing throughout the game. Depending on your time restraints, the overs played will be adjusted accordingly.Each game played has two umpires and an official scorer. We can accommodate as many games as necessary simultaneously, to cater for all group sizes. All cricket kit is supplied by the Club.Since the inception of the Colonial Cricket Club 16 months ago, we have played in excess of 150 limited overs cricket in true colonial style. The meaning of true colonial cricket is that all participants are permitted to enjoy G+T’s, other beverages and cucumber sandwiches, whilst the game is in process. All genders may participate and certain allowances have been made for the lady competitors which enables them to be as competitive as the guys. This informal team build is highly recommended as it involves a large number of people competing for a common goal (trophy and certificates) yet allowing individual skills of the participants to come to the fore.It includes umpires, scorecards, trophy, all equipment required, scorers, etc, and we always arrange that the venue (if the event is not at the Colonial Cricket Club) serves cucumber sandwiches and G+T’s, which they add to the clients barbill.


Laser clay pigeon shooting

This wonderful activity uses authentic over and under 12 bore shotguns, but fire a laser beam at clays in a perfectly safe environment. There is no “kick” however computer controlled sounds contribute to the realism. Laser clay shooting has 1 clay, 10 shots, 5 people with a computer that determines within one thousandth of a second the order of hitting the clay.

Croquet For the not so physically fit, but definitely not boring, we offer colonial croquet which from past experience has been an exceptionally exciting activity bringing out the competitive spirit of the group (we have to stop them killing each other with the mallets).

Baseball
This traditionally American sport is enjoyed by all. Whether it is for a morning or an afternoon of fun or as part of a mini Olympics, you will be surprised at the amount of fun teams have when playing this great sport. This is also great for family fun days.

Mushy Golf
It’s time to concentrate on your short game. Come and experience our unique chip and putt golf course which is guaranteed to improve your game as well as ensuring that you have great fun. Beginners are most welcome. It’s a great way to get involved with and learn about the game of Golf. Also if you want to improve your swing, use our custom built golf nets.

Boules petanque
This is usually played on the beaches in france and Mauritius. It is a type of French bowls where one ball is thrown by a person in the team, and then each member of the team must aim to get as close to that ball as they possibly can. We can play this on any terrain.

Mini Olympics
Depending on your group size, we can tailormake any mini Olympics to suit your group using any of the above activities and we can add in adventure activities too
