We are all part of a team in some way or another, albeit in a family unit, a sports team, or a team in the workplace ……

Like a house needs a strong foundation for it to eventually be the perfect home, that is after you have completed all the plumbing and electrical and decorating etc……. this is just like a team. All teams need strong foundations with which to perform and they need to concentrate on all that goes above the foundation as well.
